4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months of service usage
  • Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
  • Requests made after the 7-day refund period (unless the service is not working)

5. Subscription Cancellation

Canceling your subscription:

  • Will not automatically trigger a refund
  • Can be done at any time through your account dashboard
  • Takes effect at the end of your current billing period
