Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Partial months of service usage
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Requests made after the 7-day refund period (unless the service is not working)
5. Subscription Cancellation
Canceling your subscription:
- Will not automatically trigger a refund
- Can be done at any time through your account dashboard
- Takes effect at the end of your current billing period
